GPS message setting can be done via a template filled with the following variables:

Sending can be turned on or off by using the GPS icon in the Menu. A message is sent when a new location is detected.
If you have Android 6 or a newer version, the application asks you to add authorization to access information about your location. You can always remove the authorization in the application manager.
